You may also request that we delete your personal information by sending us an email at lea@leaparvez.dk. We will delete such information unless we are required to maintain information in accordance with applicable law.

Personal information is shared to the extend that it is necessary for the treatment or services that you receive. The information may be shared with:
Health care services if needed in relation to an ongoing treatment
Information to RKKP (clinical databases), Styrelsen for Patientsikkerhed, Psykolognævnet, Arbejdsmarkedets Erhvervssikring, as per. requirement of the Danish law.
Dinero accounting system in relation to payment.
MobilePay regarding payment
Danmark and other heath insurance companies when required and only with your consent.
Website provider. This website shares data (mentioned above) with Squarespace to learn about site traffic and activity and power our site analytics in Squarespace Analytics. Squarespace analyzes the data in a de-personalized form.
Terapeutbooking in storing clinical records and other personal information re. psychological treatment in accordance with applicable law.
In relation to client related services, information is collected, stored and shared in agreement with Danish law (Psykologloven, databeskyttelsesforordningen, bekendtgørelse om psykologers pligt tilt føre ordnede optegnelser).
Personal information about you is stored only as long as needed, in order to serve the above mentioned purposes. Clinical records are kept for a minimum of 5 years as per requirement of Danish law (Journalføringsbekendtgørelsen). In cases concerning complaints or compensation personal information might be kept until the process is completed.
You always have the right to be informed of the information we hold about, including clinical records, you as well as rectify any inaccurate or incomplete personal information. If personal information has been obtained with your consent, you have the right to refuse consent at any time. This will not affect any past actions, but only future services.
